Mag. Alexandra Kaszay
Managing Director
Mag. Alexandra Kaszay has been Managing Director of the Spanish Riding School – Lipizzaner Stud Piber since April 1, 2026.
She brings many years of leadership experience in event management with an international focus and served for more than ten years as the sole Managing Director of the HOFBURG Vienna. Prior to that, she held senior commercial positions, including at Lauda Air, Sony DADC Austria, and Ernst & Young.
Her core competencies include strategy, finance, controlling, and organizational development. With her experience and her clear focus on sustainable development, she is committed to preserving the Spanish Riding School and the stud farm in Piber as a unique cultural heritage while continuing to develop them with a forward-looking approach. In doing so, she places particular emphasis on sustainable operations, economic stability, and maintaining the balance between tradition and modernization.
