At the foot of the hill of the Piber Castle and Stud Farm there are sufficient parking spaces for visitors and buses. Please take into account the 5-10 minute walk from the car park to the stud!

Visit with children

The stud farm is barrier-free, making it possible to visit with a baby carriage. There is also a changing table in the ladies' toilet in Piber Castle.

Visit with the four-legged friend

Dogs are welcome at the stud farm, whether it’s on an independent visit or on a guided tour!

However, please note: In the inner area of the stud farm, dogs must always be kept on a short lead. Dogs are not permitted at events held on stud grounds (e. g. the Spring Celebration) or on alpine pasture tours!

There is a disabled parking space at the top of the hill, to the left of the entrance to the inner stud farm area (turnstile), opposite the museum. Further wheelchair-accessible parking spaces are located in the visitor car park at the foot of Castle Hill.

Toilets

Disabled toilets are available at Piber Castle, in the treetop adventure course ticket shop and on the grounds of the Piber Arena.

Special offers for people with disabilities

The stud farm can be visited in a wheelchair. However, there are slight inclines and slopes, so we recommend a visit with a companion.
