Hannah Zeitlhofer made a career out of her hobby and passion – in 2008 she was accepted as the first female Eleve at the Spanish Riding School. A passionate horse lover, she started to ride at a very early age. She was given her first horse when she was nine. After her graduation she studied Equestrian Science and was totally bowled over when her application to join the School, which until then was a male domain, was accepted. Despite the great media interest Hannah has remained true to herself and the horses and was rewarded for her perseverance and commitment with the promotion to the very first “Assistant Rider” in the history of the Spanish Riding School.

Having been promoted to the rank of a Rider, she is now the first woman in this position.
